Spring Willow (Limited Edition Print)

Spring Willow is a painting on glass that has multiple layers of paint to enhance the textures in the shimmery flesh-colored bark hues, and overflowing, sprouting – stamen strewn- branches. Opalescent pigments added to transparent gloss and many layers of paint raise the tree trunk in-relief.
Utilizing pigmented inks and the highest resolution and widest gamut printer available, Sohn Fine Art produces stunning works of exhibition quality pigment prints (also known as giclee prints). The paper/substrate I use is Innova Cold Press 315 gsm – Natural White, Textured Watercolor; or Hahnmuhle German Etching 315 gsm - Bright White, Textured Watercolor -- depending on the colors and textures dictated by the painting.
Prints can be produced at any custom size up to 44”X 48”. All images include a ½” to 1” border (depending on the image size). Special orders of prints on fabric can also be arranged. Prints are made on demand and take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
