Tea Time (Limited Edition Print)

Tea Time uses the Reverse Painting technique to create a background setting for a still life composition of an old world tea pot. This painting incorporates water-based opaque paint and opalescent pigments to heighten the effect of the bright sun filled room and decorative painting on the teapot.
Utilizing pigmented inks and the highest resolution and widest gamut printer available, Sohn Fine Art produces stunning works of exhibition quality pigment prints (also known as giclee prints). The paper/substrate I use is Innova Cold Press 315 gsm – Natural White, Textured Watercolor; or Hahnmuhle German Etching 315 gsm - Bright White, Textured Watercolor -- depending on the colors and textures dictated by the painting.
Prints can be produced at any custom size up to 44”X 48”. All images include a ½” to 1” border (depending on the image size). Special orders of prints on fabric can also be arranged. Prints are made on demand and take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
